This lecture is designed to help you understand the powerful skills that can develop with a meditation practice. It will provide insight into the reactive patterns many of us have that amplify the stress in our lives, impacting us physiologically and psychologically. Understanding mindfulness and developing a meditation practice can ease stress and help you focus your energy on constructive solutions to problems.
