Cafe Adobe

The Southwestern egg rolls at Adobe are delicious -- black beans and corn woo each other on a dance floor of cheese and fried tortilla before being dunked into a bath of creamy cilantro dressing. Other menu items are at the very least passable (enchilada plate), and at the very most great (sizzling fajitas), depending on the number of astoundingly strong margaritas you consume. Of course, Adobe's ritas are the reason the joint is consistently crowded in the first place. A few of them could turn a Stop-N-Go burrito into haute cuisine.
