Arguably Houston's answer to NYC dive CBGB's since 1977, Heights staple Fitzgerald's can't help but ooze local music history. The historic two-story venue boasts four bars, a killer Wednesday open mic night, and music most every night of the week on the larger upstairs and the smaller more intimate downstairs stages. The neighborhood surrounding it is growing, so parking is always at a premium on the weekends.
