The strange menu at La Casa de Frida in the Heights features Italian and even Chinese dishes mixed in among Tex-Mex standards like enchiladas and chalupas. Bizarrely, the Pollo Linda - a very spicy Mexican take on sweet and sour chicken - is one of the best items. Fridays, the tables are cleared out for a popular "college night."
