Sawyer Yards Creative Campus

SAWYER YARDS is an industrial redevelopment project in Houston's historic First Ward. Ideally located near downtown, in the heart of the Washington Avenue Arts District, Sawyer Yards is one of the largest creative campuses in the nation - a total of 6 buildings over 36 acres, housing over 500 working artists and multiple independent small businesses. Buildings on campus include: Winter Street, Spring Street, Silver Street and The Silos on Sawyer.
