HOPS & HOGS - Beer and Baconmania! is taking place on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Saint Arnold's brewery. The unique ticketed event is designed to serve the greater Houston Metro area with a fun and a delicious gastronomic culinary experience which also promotes culinary school student scholarships in the alcohol and culinary fields. We invite local restaurants and area culinary schools to participate and attending guests get to try their culinary masterpieces and enjoy St Arnolds beer! This third annual event brings together a local brewery, restaurants, chefs and culinary schools to sample their delectable offerings, each with a bacon enhanced twist! Professionals in Culinary Arts hosts this event and is a 501c3, non-profit, devoted to education, scholarships and mentoring. Over our years of service to the Houston culinary schools, we've been able to donate over $50,000 in scholarship funds. Please come to this event and support tomorrows Houston Chefs today!
