Antonia's Cypress location is, like so many restaurants in the Houston area, on the corner of a strip center. But what it lacks for in outdoor architecture it makes up for in menu offerings. The northern Italian-inspired selections range from the basics like eggplant parmigiana and lasagna to Saltimboca - veal or chicken baked with prosciutto, spinach and provolone in a marsala cream sauce. Aside from the food, the "cantina" part of the equation is home to lots of wines, with many, as expected, from Italy. Wednesdays are half-price on selected wines, and Thursdays guests can get a free taste of their house made Lemoncello liqueur with the purchase of alcohol.
