The former owner & chef of the late Cafe Montrose is cooking up the same fine food at the new place he & his sister opened :Jeannine's Bistro at 106 Westheimer. -
While Cafe Montrose is closed, Catherine Duwez in now at The Broken Spoke Cafe 1809 Washington 77007 (713) 863-7029 -
This place has closed down, sadly. This was my favorite Houston restaurant. The mussels were the best I've ever eaten.
