The name is derived from the vast collection of plates from around the world that line the walls. That and other memorabilia, as well as a good menu of sandwiches and other light fare, give the Saucer a quaint pub feel. But make no mistake, this is a beer joint. With 85 drafts flowing from taps and another 130 in bottles, you could make a career out of this place. For a quick primer, try a flight of five different beers in five-ounce servings.
