Fuegovivo, which translates roughly as "roaring fire," is a standard Brazilian steakhouse. You pay a premium price to be able to flip your tableside flag to indicate "I want some food," and South American (presumably) men dressed as gauchos with various cuts of quality meat stuck on swords come by and shave some on your plate. You keep going until you've had your fill. Fuegovivo, like a few other similar places around town, is fairly classy and sports a gourmet salad bar with seafood and high-end greenery. Brazilian sides and desserts like mousse de maracujá (passion fruit mousee) are available, as well.
