Chinese traditionalists will cringe at this import from Arizona, which is about as authentically Chinese as McDonald's is authentically Scottish. Still, authenticity aside, there's some intriguing food to be found here, especially on the appetizer menu. The Cantonese pork medallions and the Chang's chicken in soothing lettuce wrap are both spectacular. Entrées are mixed. Avoid anything in the too salty black bean sauce; noodle dishes, especially the dandan noodles, are much better.

Been to the one in downtown Austin when it first opened. Got free delicious food and great service. The one in Seattle was no different. Yet to go to the one in Houston but I am looking forward to it. Recommend for great Chinese food, a bit pricy but nothing over exagerated.
