This family-owned restaurant has been around for 25 years. The owners celebrated recently by updating the menu to highlight the most popular sellers of its first quarter century, while also adding some new items for "the next 25 years." (Fried seafood, chicken. prime rib, pork chops and liver and onions account for past favorite dishes.) Soups, such as gumbo and tomato basil, and salads are available on the lighter side of the menu. The café boasts a live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
