Ray Salti and executive chef Soren Pedersen's Inner Loop restaurant takes the farm-to-table approach of their other popular project, Ray's Grill, and transports it into a swank, urban setting. Sorrel is a bistro in every sense of the word, offering a neighborhood ambience with affordable wine and beer (both on tap!) in addition to a seasonal menu that's accessible and dynamic, if not without a few stumbles. A la carte and prix-fixe menus are available at both lunch and dinner. And if you can swing it, there are wine pairings available for both, too.
