CLOSED This long-awaited restaurant located in a remodeled textile mill in the Heights is a showcase for talented chef Scott Tycer's ultramodern American cuisine in an upscale, intimate setting that's heavy on ambience. The subtle chicness is offset by the edgy food, with the implication that you should eat what's on the chef's five- or seven- course tasting menu for that night. It's for the best, as Tycer is fastidious about using the freshest and highest-quality ingredients for his extraordinary dishes. When Textile is good, it's utterly brilliant. But the key is catching them on one of those good nights.
