Burger Palace is proud to use only Akaushi Beef, known as "American Kobe," generally considered to be superior in quality to prime beef. The restaurant is enthusiastic about educating diners about their beef. Burger Palace's menu is limited primarily to burgers, of course, though they do offer two types of hot dogs, a few salads and a handful of Mediterranean-influenced appetizers, falafel and hummus among them. Burgers are very inventive, from the American classic (white cheddar, lettuce, onion and tomato) to the Down Under (grilled pineapple, white cheddar, beet and fried egg). Fries are available, of course.
