It's not really summer until Mötley Crüe blows through your city. Through nearly 30 years of member changes, public scandals — sex tape, anybody? — and general constant turmoil, the Crüe has shown its audience what it means to be bad and enjoy every second. As a reward, few people on this Earth cannot at least hum the melody to "Girls, Girls, Girls." Other successes have come through albums like Dr. Feelgood — which the Crüe will play front to back to mark its 20th anniversary — and by digitally remastering and releasing their entire discography, Vince, Tommy, Mick and Nikki have won plenty of new fans from the Guitar Hero generation. Joining the Crüe this year are Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, Drowning Pool and Baltimore newcomers Charm City Devils, who bring together everything that made '80s rock so wonderful: fast drums, constant guitar riffs and throat-scorching vocals. Almost sounding like the product of a one-night-stand between Guns N' Roses and AC/DC, the Devils should deliver a powerful start to a great night of metal some people may not even remember Saturday morning.
