Ke$ha

If Lady Gaga is somehow too arty or brainy for you, look no further than Ke$ha, the bane of all those who must type her name on a regular basis. Does there really have to be a dollar sign in the middle? Initially known for singing the hook on Flo Rida's summer 2009 anthem "Right Round," the Nashville-based singer launched her own album, Animal, in January, thus far spawning the singles "Your Love Is My Drug" and "Tik Tok." Much to the chagrin of music snobs and series purists everywhere, the latter was recently featured on an episode of The Simpsons. The beats on the singles are undeniably catchy, and Ke$ha's lyrics are pure bubblegum-smacking drunk-girl talk, making her the patron saint of the Red Bull-and-vodka set. And don't worry; you can get vomit off of leather with a clean rag and some water.
