Houston's clown princes of punk return this weekend with a new album, Moist N' Frothy. The record has been in the works for more or less the past year while the Dickers dallied around playing the odd pop-punk bill like the Houston Press Music Awards showcase. Like most Dick releases, Moist N' Frothy spews forth one-liners and creamy zingers at a lightning pace, and sometimes you need to rewind each cut to catch every bit of the load.
