Welcome back to Turning the Screw, Rocks Off's weekly rap post. It probably won't rhyme, at least most of the time. E-mail tips to introducingliston@gmail.com. Thanks, homies.

Wire To Wire

Bun B

wrote a spot-on review of UGK's new album

The Kanye is heading over.

(Also, can a

Kanye/Killers/Jared Leto

collabo can be anything but amazing?)

We don't know, if we were the ones in charge of booking the talent for an anti-violence campaign, we might be inclined to go with someone other than C-Murder. At least give C-Armed-Robbery a call. C-Jaywalking would've even been better. Ace Capone, a small-time Philadelphia record-label CEO, was sentenced to "life plus 55 years" in prison for his role in a $25 million drug ring. Life plus 55 years? That's weird. Were they anticipating that, not only would Ace come back to life after dying, but that he would live up to 55 years after doing so? Seems overly cautious. Jim Jones says he's hoping more rappers turn to Broadway. Shortly after saying that, he took a wet-nap out of his purse and cleaned some lipstick off of his teeth. High on the list of things that we do not want for Christmas: a lifesize wax replica of Snoop. Could it be? Are the Hot Boyz really planning on reuniting? God, we hope so. Bow Wow is not concerned with your measly skating rink.

Jaime Foxx: Miley Cyrus should make a sex tape, catch an STD. Actually, nevermind, says Foxx. Nate Dogg is not a stalker. We hadn't heard of them until we saw them as an add-on to the Rock The Bells line-up, but La Coka Nostra has to be one of the illest names out there right now. At the recent Death Row Records auction, Crooked I thought Suge Knight was treated unfairly. Said Karma, "Ha, ha." ...And Eminem is back on MTV. Houston Rap Video of the Week Because you either missed it or forgot about it.
