When Sharks Attack Album Covers (Partially NSFW)

As Rocks Off reminded you Tuesday via a rather egotistical video - and as you no doubt already know if you've been within 50 feet of a working television set - this week is Shark Week, the Discovery Channel's annual feeding frenzy of programming about the undersea alpha predators. People take this shit seriously. Maybe not as seriously as a Great White taking a chunk out of your leg that takes more than 160 stitches to close up, like we saw the other night, but seriously enough.

Not one to let an opportunity like this get by us, Rocks Off has been chumming the Interwebs for some choice cartilaginous album art. Probably the most famous shark-related album in music history, Spinal Tap's Shark Sandwich - also source of the most famous two-word record review ever; if you don't know it, Rocks Off can't help you - doesn't even exist, but plenty of others do.

Enjoy our little gallery. A couple of the covers are a little NSFW (but only a little), and there's some blood here and there. But come on people, we're talking about friggin' sharks here.
