Another Victim Dies in Senseless SXSW Tragedy

One of the youngest people injured in the tragedy at SXSW two weeks ago has died reports Austin TV station KXAN and a host of other media outlets. An Austin police spokeswoman
wouldn't officially confirm confirmed but KXAN says it confirmedthe news to us that 18-year-old DeAndre Tatum died in the hospital from his injuries.
The Fort Worth teen had been in critical condition since the March 13 incident. His girlfriend Curtisha Davis was also injured at SXSW.

Sandy Le, 26, was the previous casualty of the SXSW crash, she died from her injuries on March 17.
Steven Craenmehr, 35, and Jamie West, 27, were killed following the drunk driving crash. Tatum's girlfriend, Curtisha Davis, 19, was among the injured, reports the Austin Chronicle.
Houston pastry chef and mother, Gracie Nguyen remains hospitalized after being injured in the incident. She's expected to continue recovering here in town, according to a fundraising Facebook called SaveGracieN.
Rashad Owens, the suspect in the case, remains in jail on a capital murder charge. The spokesperson with the Austin police said it'll be up to the grand jury to press additional charges.
