Channel 11's Doug Miller is just reporting that the city police and emergency departments are switching back to "regular" status instead of crisis mode.
Harris County will be doing the same as 4 p.m.
No reason to get out on the roads, though. Especially I-45 North heading on to I-10 West, where an overturned 18-wheeler has things royally fucked up.
