Chaz Kettner, Nick Munoz: Seven Years After Gas-Station Death, Killer Still On The Loose
Seven years ago today Nick Munoz and Chaz Kettner were parked at a gas station in the 2700 block of W. Sam Houston Parkway.
Both were 20; in fact it was Kettner's birthday.
Cops say they were gunned down for no good reason about 10:30 that night.
The unknown suspect shot both of the victims while they were in the vehicle. Kettner died where he was seated. Munoz attempted to flee, but collapsed, passing away near the door of the service station.
The suspect fled the scene in a green truck, but has never been tracked successfully.
