Comment of the Day: Defining A Political Nut
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning or afternoon from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
We gave you five tips on how you can tell you've lost your damn political mind, no matter which end of the spectrum you're from.

One reader had a sixth suggestion.
This is a good one!The thing I've noticed about political nuts is this:
EVERYTHING "proves" what they've been saying all along!
Every single news story about anything. Be it a car accident, a bank robbery, or a movie that didn't do well, "this is where liberalism/conservatism/communism has gotten us. This is their plan!"
And I don't want to hear about it. If your burger tasted bad or your shoes didn't hold up like you expected, I don't want to hear how it is the fault of your perceived political opponents.
