Comment of the Day: Stay Outside the Loop, Noise-Ordinance Lovers
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
We reported on a townhall meeting at Fitzgerald's about the city's new noise ordinance, which has been worrying Houston bar and club owners.

One reader lamented the newcomers who pushed for the law.
I agree....it really pisses me off that these clubs like Numbers and Fitzgeralds and South Beach that have been there since the 70's or 80's have to all of a sudden be under threat of closing due to these ass hole people moving in from outside the loop. If you want a quiet neighborhood then stay out in Katy or Kingwood where you belonmg. Move near an established club and expect quiet.....how stupid can a person be??
