Comment of the Day: Using Family Circus To Criticize Texas' Abortion-Sonogram Law? For Shame!
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
Our take on what it would be like if other comic strips addressed Texas' abortion-sonogram law like Doonesbury did brought forth a lot of comments.

Cartoonist Bil Keane, who created The Family Circuls, was a devout Christian and his son, Jeff Keane, who is now writing and drawing the cartoon would *never, ever* producer such a panel. If anything, the Keanes would support any law that would save the lives of unborn children. Shame on you for co-opting their cartoon to make your dubious political point.
