Concealed Handgun Licenses: Finally, Texans Can Apply Online
Applicants for Texas concealed handgun licenses who want to apply through the mail can now go on the DPS website to download the application forms instead of waiting to receive the application packet in the mail.
Applicants also have the option of completing the CHL application online to avoid mailing delays.

I'm sure the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms would have no problem allowing folks to obtain permits to possess dynamite or blasting caps online. I mean, it isn't like terrorists know how to use the internet.
No need to beat around the bush, matrimony is potentially far more dangerous than letting some Travis Bickle wannabe stash a .44 in his pants. Then again, any skanky pop star can marry her high school sweetheart on a whim in Vegas now anyway, so what's the harm?
