Police want your help tracking down a man charged with capital murder for killing three people and wounding three others in a September 2 mini-rampage.
Gilbert Kibble, 38, and Curtis Steward, 22 and Felipe Castillo, 26, died in one of a recent string of nightclub parking-lot shootings at Club ICU near Meas & Rinn about 2 a.m. on the night in question.
Harold Brown, 31, also known as "Scooby," has been charged with capital murder, HPD said Sunday.
"Officers responded to a shooting in-progress call at the I.C.U. Club parking lot at the above address and found six victims with gunshot wounds," police said. "According to witnesses, two females had an argument inside the club that moved outside to the club's parking lot. Moments later, a large fight broke out and an unknown black male suspect pulled a gun and began shooting into the crowd."
The three victims were hit fatally and three women were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone with information as to Brown's whereabouts is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
