Human Remains Found in Open Field
Houston police are investigating skeletal remains found at 9550 Fannin St. Wednesday afternoon, according to a press release.
"A worker was checking a pipeline near the above address when he came across the skeletal remains in an open field. The identity and cause of death of the remains are pending an autopsy," the release states.
The autopsy will be conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. No other details were provided.
