iPhones: World's Least Imaginative Crook Is Stealing Them At HCC Stafford
Sometimes you don't have to spend weeks or months in your criminal lair thinking up highly intricate plots to attain riches and power.
Sometimes the keep it simple, stupid path actually works.
Houston Community College has sent an e-mail warning out to students at the Stafford campus that there's a guy who's been stealing iPhones for the past two weeks.
How's he doing it? By asking to borrow one, then running away and hopping in a getaway car.

"He is currently targeting Asian students with Apple iPhones....Do not allow your cellular phone to be used by a stranger under any circumstances," the warning states.
The suspect's description:
The suspect is described as a dark skinned black male, approximately 6 feet tall, 220 lbs, with short hair. The suspaect was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and dark pants or a dark shirt and gray shorts....The vehicle that has been used in these thefts is described as either a light brown Toyota Corolla or a "dark colored" vehicle driven by a second black male.
