Pedro Miguel Rosales Ramos, 32, Homeless Man Shot for His Bike & Food, Bayou Body Count No. 41
Houston police say a homeless man was shot to death for his bicycle and some food he'd been given.
Pedro Miguel Rosales Ramos, 32, was shot in the chest Wednesday night in the 11700 block of Hempstead Highway and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ramos was heard arguing in a parking lot about 10:30 p.m., and then shots were fired. He "was apparently shot for his bicycle and food he was given to eat," HPD says. "It is believed the suspect(s) fled in a small, green four-door sedan."
Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
