Jerald Patrick Williams, charged with murder
An 18-year-old girl was in the parking lot of a northside bar at 4 a.m. Saturday and ended up dead from a gunshot.
Quintana Patterson was shot in the head "when an unknown black male began shooting" in the parking lot of the Takeover Club in the 2800 block of Bennington, police say.
She was taken to Ben Taub Hospital and was pronounced dead Sunday.
The suspect fled in a white car.
