Rosalio Pena, 48, Bayou Body Count No. 152
Abraham Amador faces capital murder charges
A robbery attempt turned into murder on the northside last week, Houston police say, and a man was arrested yesterday and charged in the incident.
Rosalio Pena, 48, was shot in his driveway in the 4300 block of Edison about 8 p.m. on September 28, HPD says, after neighbors heard him arguing with a man. He was shot twice; the gunman fled, and Pena was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he died.
Abraham Amador, 21, has been charged with capital murder and "admitted to investigators he attempted to rob Pena," HPD says.
