Timothy Briscoe, 23: Dead Body Ignored in Alleged Drug House for Four Hours; Bayou Body Count No. 146
Police says drug activity might be connected with the August 28 fatal shooting of a man on the northwest side of town.
Katy resident Timothy Briscoe, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene in the 10200 block of Bamboo Road about 5 p.m. that afternoon, inside a residence police say is "known for drug activity."
No one seemed disturbed by the shooting, cops say: "For unknown reasons, no one who visited the home called 9-1-1 until 9 p.m. During that four-hour time period, numerous individuals in the neighborhood entered and left the home."
Homicide innvestigators are asking any of those people "to come forward to provide information on the suspect(s) in the shooting," HPD says.
Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
