Unidentified 41-Year-Old Man Shot to Death During Robbery: Bayou Body Count No. 184
Several men forced their way into a home at 1936 Dolly Wright and during the robbery that followed, a 41-year-old man was shot to death, Houston police say.
The robbery/shooting occurred about 7 a.m. Tuesday, October 23.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants R. Rohling and R. Blain reported:
Several unknown male suspects forced entry into the residence at the above address with the intent to rob the persons inside. During the robbery, the victim was shot and killed. Two other victims were also injured and were treated and released from an area hospital.
The suspects, described only as five to seven masked black males, fled the scene in a vehicle stolen from the location. The vehicle was recovered nearby.
