Unidentified Male, Bayou Body Count No. 262
A man was found dead from blunt-force trauma in a house south of downtown Wednesday morning, police say.
The victim, whose name is being withheld pending verification, was discovered in a home in the 2200 block of Hutchins about 11 a.m. A relative had called police after being unable to reach the man.
Police say they do not know if the man lived in the house.
The victim's 2005 white, four-door Hyundai Elantra, Texas license plates 097-GNJ, is missing and believed stolen.
