Labor Day Weekend marks the start of college football season. Today sees Reliant Stadium hosting the 23rd Annual Labor Day Classic game between Texas Southern University and Prairie View A&M. The annual TSU/Prairie View game is the best of what college football has to offer. It’s two teams who really, really don’t like each other. It’s two teams who don’t just want to win, they want to pulverize somebody while they’re at it. (It’s UT versus A&M, without ABC television, Thanksgiving leftovers and cameos from Hollywood stars.)
