Nashville proves it's still as funky as ever by melding older soul musicians with enthusiastic younger ones, spawning the Dynamites featuring Charles Walker. Vocalist Walker, who spent the '60s playing shows at the Apollo Theatre and sharing stages with James Brown and Wilson Pickett, has found both a new voice and a new audience with the Dynamites.
