Cyclists discovered a body floating in Buffalo Bayou at 600 Franklin Street early Saturday morning. It was the fourth body found floating in the bayou this month. Police identified the man as 43-year-old Walter Burks. Officials say an investigation is pending as police wait for autopsy results.
