There, the pulled pork sandwich ($14) is served on a submarine roll smeared with spicy mustard, with sweet and hot pickles as garnish. The sandwich comes with tostones — unripe plantain slices that have been pressed together and gently fried, rendering them extra-crispy and perfect for dipping in the bowl of chimichurri sauce made with parsley, mint, olive oil and vinegar.
