Spend part of your Sunday at Sur la Table learning how to make croissants during the Croissant Workshop from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. for $69. Not only will you learn the process for making a plain croissant, but the instructor will also teach you how to make chocolate-filled and ham and cheese-filled varieties as well.
