A Few of My Favorite Things

Let's see… If I were to create the perfect dessert, what might it be? Well, I'd start with some bread pudding, then maybe add some raspberries and white chocolate and, oh, yes, hot butterscotch caramel sauce. On top of all that I'd place a dollop (large, of course) of Chantilly cream. The pastry chef at Zula's (705 Capitol, 713-227-7052) must be a mind reader. He's already created a white chocolate raspberry bread pudding masterpiece ($7). The only thing missing is a shot of whiskey, which can be added easily, making this one awesome dessert.
