Today Eating Our Words Nation got riled up about a post by Joanna O'Leary about sugar cookies from Randall's. Some readers scorned us, but RobertO backed us up:
I don't see where this blog suggests that it's here to review only the "new and exciting" or target the elitist foodie. People shop at Randall's, and sometimes they might wander into the bakery and wonder about the sugar cookies. This post can help them decide.
Our thoughts exactly, RobertO. And hey, points for elsewhere noting the correct spelling of our food critic's name: It's KATHARINE, damn it! (Ahhh, that felt good...)
