Countdown to BestFest: It All Starts Tomorrow
The 23rd annual Houston Press Best of Houston® issue is coming out on Thursday, September 29. But you don't have to wait until next week to celebrate: Come join us as we celebrate the issue's release at this weekend's BestFest block party.
Headlining bands the Toadies and Cake will play on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. And a dozen other big-name bands -- local and national -- will be on hand, too: Chamillionaire, Deer Tick, The Tontons, Hayes Carll and more.
And it wouldn't be a party without food, and lots of it. More than a dozen of our past and present Best of Houston® restaurant winners will be offering treats throughout the day. Small bites are available for $4, while larger plates run $8.
Want to go, but you're busy on Saturday? Have plans on Sunday? Simply can't commit to spending the entire weekend with us? Don't fret: You can purchase single-day tickets for $25, or a full weekend pass for $40.
See you there!
