Pot Luck

Free Food Today Courtesy of PB&J

That's Peter, Bjorn and John, by the way -- not peanut butter and jelly. As we mentioned back in August, the Swedish pop rock trio is rolling through Houston today during the band's All You Can Eat Tour, and they want to feed their fans more than just music.

Peter, Bjorn and John are playing tonight at Warehouse Live at 8 p.m. But before that, the band will be giving away free food outside the venue at 813 Emanuel starting at 4 p.m. The band has teamed up with one of Houston's oldest and most popular food trucks, Oh My! Pocket Pies, and will be giving away free pocket pies to fans.

The trio has been partnering with food trucks in most major cities during their All You Can Eat Tour. In Chicago, the band gave away meatballs from the Meatyballs food truck, while in New York City (pictured above), they gave away ice cream-topped waffles from Wafles & Dinges.

By all accounts, the band has shown up in person to give away the free food in each city, so it looks like today's your golden ticket day if you're both a fan of PB&J and free food inside of a flaky pocket. Go forth and consume, lucky ones.
