At Gringo's Grill (12330 Southwest Fwy., 281-980-1784), the cheese they put on top of the seafood au gratin ($9.99) is sure to put a smile on your face. This version is made with white wine, cream and Parmesan, and it's melted on top of an abundant mixture of crab, shrimp and crawfish, along with onions, bell peppers and Cajun spices. The large serving platter comes with flat garlic bread, but you might as well ask for more as soon as the dish arrives — it's so big, you won't have enough bread to sop everything up.
