Attention, please: The enchilada marisco ($15) at Guadalajara Del Centro (1201 San Jacinto, 713-650-0101) is one of those dishes that makes you sit up and take note after a single bite. No wonder it's one of their signature dishes. A combination of shrimp and crab is stuffed inside an enchilada, and then it's topped with lump crabmeat and a delicate, pale-green avocado cream sauce, which alone is pretty addictive. It's served with guacamole, cilantro, rice and a corn-and-black bean relish, but the enchilada itself is the star attraction.
