Pearland Crawfish Festival @ Pearland Parks & Recreation Center Grounds Friday - Sunday 4141 Bailey
Head to this family-friendly event for spicy, Cajun-style crawfish in addition to tons of other great food and drinks, live zydeco and blues, games, carnival rides, arts and crafts, and more. Admission is free until 3 p.m. on Friday and $8 per adult when bought at the festival (or $21 for a 3-day pass). Advanced tickets can be purchased for $6 (or $16 for a 3-day pass). Children 12 and under and active military are free.
Sip & Stroll @ Imperial Sugar Factory Saturday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Highway 90 at Brooks
Sip and stroll your way across the grounds of the historic Imperial Sugar Factory at this Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair event. The day will showcase tons of local chefs, fantastic restaurants and stellar wine, as well as a new outdoor beer garden featuring more than 100 beers from 25 different breweries. Tickets are $65, with shuttle tickets from Sugar Land Marriott Town Square available for $5.
International Wine Fest @ Kemah Boardwalk Saturday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. 215 Kipp Experience the best of South America as you sip on Argentinean and Chilean wines from 24 wineries and enjoy fruit, cheese, and bread displays on the boardwalk. Tickets are $45 per person ($39 for Landry's select members and those with military I.D.) and include samples, bites, and a free souvenir glass (while supplies last).
Brenner's Wine Fest @ Brenner's on the Bayou Saturday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. 1 Birdsall
Sip elite wines from over 20 wineries as you savor bites from Houston's top chefs on Brenner's on the Bayou's picturesque lawn. Enjoy things like Cabernet Franc, Prosecco-Glera, Texas smoked brisket, and charred octopus ceviche. Tickets are $65 pre-sale and $75 day of, with VIP experience available for $125.
Home Sweet Home 2015 Dessert Festival @ Saint Arnold Brewery Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. 2000 Lyons
Come support the Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council as you get a taste of sweets from top area chefs, including Sam Mendoza of Triniti, Jody Stevens of Jody Cakes, and more. St. Arnold's Brewery will provide beer and root beer. Celebrity judges will award a favorite dessert and attendees will vote for the People's Choice Award.
