Bernie's Burger Bus will welcome the hordes again for #LobsterFriday, when fans can get lobster poutine and Maine-style lobster rolls at both locations, in Bellaire and Cinco Ranch. Chef Justin Turner’s famous Maine-style lobster roll features hearty chunks of lobster tossed with house mayo, minced celery and onion, all nestled in a warm top-loaded, butter-toasted bun, and topped off with green onions. Not to be outdone, the poutine tops Bernie's award-winning hand-cut fries with local cheese curds, buttered lobster and lobster gravy. Available from 11 a.m. until they sell out.
