Is there a better way to capture summer than by making jams and jellies from the sweet, ripe fruits found at farmers' markets and roadside stands? Probably, but we're guessing it involves a time machine and cost-prohibitive yellow cake uranium. The recipe for this outstanding-looking jelly can be found here, if you'd like to try your hand at making your own.
